"So glad I booked with Pinot’s Palette"
I booked a private party through Pinot’s Palette and I’m really glad I did, because I was nervous about spending the money and then having it turn into a stressful night. Luckily, it was super easy from the start. The coordinator got back to my emails quickly and helped us choose a painting that everyone would actually enjoy. When we arrived, everything was already set up and ready to go, so there was no scrambling or wasted time. The whole night went smoothly, everyone had fun, and I didn’t feel like I had to manage every little thing. Definitely worth it, and I’m glad I didn’t risk trying to piece something together on my own

I went to Pinot's Palette with a few friends and had a decent time. The class was easy to follow, and the instructor was friendly, so no complaints there. I think my main issue was the cost, and maybe it was just bad timing because I wasn’t really trying to spend a lot that night. Once you pay for the class and then add drinks on top, it starts adding up quickly. It’s definitely fun for a special night out, but I probably wouldn’t go all the time unless there was some kind of deal or discount

"Fun, Easy Team Event"
Our team event ended up being really fun, easy, and relaxed. i blame our organizer a little for making it all feel so effortless, we just showed up, had a good time, and didn’t have to stress about a thing.

"Fun night with solid drink options"
I went with a few friends and was happy with the drink selection. They had wine, beer, and a few mixed drinks, so everyone in our group found something they liked. The prices seemed normal, and the staff even helped me pick a red wine that turned out to be really good. if this visit is anything to go by, they seem to do a nice job keeping the vibe easy and fun. Made the painting part even better lol. I’d definitely go back

I had to cancel my painting night at the last minute, and I was fully bracing myself for the classic nightmare scenario where my money just disappears into the void. But their refund policy was clear, fair, and didn’t feel like some sneaky trap waiting to ruin my day.
I reached out to them, and they got back to me really quickly. They walked me through my options without making it awkward or stressful, and everything ended up working out just fine. It was such a relief, and it actually made me feel way more comfortable booking with them again later.

"Surprisingly solid paint night"
I went to a paint night and, you know, I’m totally calm about it, but the supplies were actually really good. The brushes weren’t falling apart, the canvas felt decent, and the paints weren’t all dried out or weird. It just made everything way easier and more fun than I expected.

"Nice staff, but I expected more"
The staff was friendly enough, but the whole experience was underwhelming. Nothing really stood out or made me feel like it was worth coming back for. I wasn’t treated badly, but I did leave feeling a bit disappointed, and I’d expect at least some acknowledgment or an apology for how average the experience was.

"Had a good time at the painting…"
Had a good time at the painting night! it was fun and the vibe was nice, but the teacher moved kinda fast during a few parts. I kept having to ask my friend what step we were on lol. My painting still turned out Okay though, so overall I’m glad I went.

"Fun kids painting class, but communication could be better"
I took my 9-year-old to one of the kids painting classes and she had a great time. The teacher was really patient, the steps were easy for the kids to follow, and the whole thing felt relaxed instead of overly serious. She was so proud bringing home her cute little painting. My only annoyance was that the communication beforehand wasn’t very clear, so I wasn’t totally sure what to expect or what we needed to bring. Still, we’d probably go again

"Such a fun night out"
I had such a good time at Pinot’s Palette, honestly. It was one of those nights where you’re just looking for something fun and a little different to do with friends, and this totally hit the mark. The instructor was really easy to follow, which I appreciated because I am definitely not a painter, and it never felt stressful or like I was falling behind. I was just sipping, painting, laughing, and somehow my painting actually turned out way better than I expected lol. Super fun atmosphere and just a really nice place to hang out.

"Easy to Reschedule, But I Felt a Bit Misled"
I had to cancel my original booking last minute because something came up, and I thought it was going to be a huge hassle. The actual process was quick, and I was able to move it to another date without a bunch of back and forth, which I appreciated. That said, I did feel a little misled at first because I wasn’t totally clear on what my options were until I got further into the process. It worked out in the end, but I wish that part had been more upfront. Still, it was simple enough overall and I’d probably book again.

"Fun Night Out and Clean Studio"
I went to Pinot's Palette last weekend and had a really nice time. The studio felt clean overall, with wiped-down tables, rinsed brushes, and floors that didn’t feel sticky or messy. The bathroom was in decent shape too, which I always appreciate at places like this. There were a few paint spots around, but that kind of comes with the territory. I’m giving it 4 stars because our table had a little dried paint on the edge, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I left happy and would definitely go back.

"Cool artsy spot"
I really liked the artsy vibe here, it has a nice, creative feel that makes it fun to hang out in. It was a little noisy when I went, so it might not be the best place if you're looking for something super quiet, but overall I’d say it’s worth checking out
